Welcome to Dearest, Inc.'s Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms outline the rules and guidelines for using our website at www.dearest.com ("Site"), along with our associated services, tools, and applications (collectively, "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service binds you to these Terms, and it's important that you review them thoroughly.

If you lack this authority, you alone bear responsibility for any resulting harm or legal consequences. Additionally, you agree to indemnify Dearest, Inc. against any claims or disputes arising from your use of the Service on behalf of a third party.

Dearest, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon your receipt of notice from us. Discontinuation of use or deactivation of your account is required if you do not agree to the modified Terms. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
